Support Mobile UI

I mainly use mobile, but I still need to organize the mobile UI.
- In the case of tables, I would like to avoid horizontal scrolling as much as possible.
- In the case of charts, when scrolling, the whole thing moves, but it would be better if only the data inside the chart moves like a general chart on an exchange.
I'm excited to be part of a great project and I'll keep sending you feedback.

I propose a simplified form of the data table. Data tables shown on mobile phones are difficult for users to check. I propose a simplified form in addition to the way in which the table must be passed several times to the right.Place the gas tab next to the action tab. Then place the timestamp tab next to it. I think that would make it easier for users to check their logs.
